So excited to design a custom card for a childhood friend's 2 year old boy. She wanted something without a theme, so I decided to go with emphasizing that he was turning TWO! I wanted to showcase how cupcake toppers and water bottles can be designed to match the invitations! Thank you Lindsey for letting me be a part of Jack's big day!

Rolling Stones Housewarming Party

I had the opportunity to create a few things for a new friend's housewarming party that was held last week. She is an avid Rolling Stones fan, so it only seemed perfect to add that special touch when inviting others into her new home! She also writes a weekly newsletter for kids activities here in the New River Valley. If you are local, please her out at NRV Macaroni Kid !

Angry Birds

These items are not in my ETSY shop, but I wanted to show everyone a few of the items that I designed for my Cousin's little boy's 5th birthday party. He is a big fan of Angry Birds and she was having a hard time finding items for the party.... so I accepted the challenge :) I designed the Banner, Cupcake Toppers, and Water Bottle Labels.

Gymnastics Parties

I competed in gymnastics for many years, so when I was asked to design a party invitation for a little gymnast, I was really excited! I have several gymnasts to choose from, so the mother picked out the one that looked most like her daughter and we went from there. Here is the invitation along with the banner, cupcake toppers, and thank you tags that was also ordered!

New Safari Designs

Here is a new line of Safari Designs for girls. These can be customized by color/background design/etc to fit your party! The cute animal clip art is by Cupcake Cutiees Designs.

New Designs

This week I've been working on a couple new design packages for my etsy shop... AngryBirds (never knew a video game on a phone could be so popular) and Safari Animals (thanks to an old softball friend requesting one for her daughter's birthday). Can't wait to show you all what I've been working on!

Speaking of design packages, I have a question for those that have come across my blog. When looking for an invitation, announcement, etc....would you rather buy a premade one or would you rather take a little time and have a custom (one-of-a kind) one designed for you?

Cat in the Hat

I have to say that I am a little partial to this party, not only because I love Cat in the Hat, but it was my little man's 1st birthday party! It was held at a local park which worked out perfectly with 10 toddlers/preschoolers running around! I tried to keep the food simple since most parents were spending their time keeping an eye on their little ones.

mix was my variation of Bakerella's Cowgirl Cookie mix.

goldfish crackers, fruit snacks, and a Hi-C.

Menu included Sub sandwiches, pasta salad, chips, chocolate

covered pretzels, chocolate covered marshmallows, and cupcakes.

right in the ice cream cone!

The basement was decorated as a "Spa". There was a waiting room

where the girls sipped on personalized water bottles and read magazines while

waiting on manicures, pedicures, and facials.

The ladies were treated to a "Spa Lunch" before their relaxing treatments.

Food table included a personalized birthday banner, design setup by Unique, cupcake toppers

and personalized gift bags for each guest. You'll get to see their content below.
